We currently ship across Europe.
For shipments outside the EU, please contact us at ciao@zanini.xyz.

Shipping is free in Italy; for the rest of Europe, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

In Italy, deliveries typically take 1-3 days; in the rest of Europe, 5-7 days. You will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment's progress

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it by following the procedure outlined in our “Terms and Conditions”. A refund will only be issued if the product is returned intact, in its original packaging, and with all its parts

All products labeled as "limited edition" are projects that will not be reproduced over time.

The product is sold sealed in a box custom-designed for Zanini. The cap is handcrafted and may have small imperfections that make it unique.

If you accidentally come into contact with the product’s liquid, it may leave color residues and/or cause skin irritation.

The product should be stored away from heat sources and direct light. Due to the handcrafted nature of the product, slight changes in color, scent, and the presence of sediment may occur, even with proper storage.
