For twenty years, my family and I would spend our holidays in Greece, always returning to the familiar comfort of Aristides Kallivokas’s home.

The honey thickens and evokes a melancholic mood. Lemon

Femminello lemon (Citrus Limon Amalphitanum and common Femminello) from our garden, left to ferment with integral salt in the Moroccan style.
The lemon thus becomes more interesting and dirtier.

Laurel

Laurus nobilis in all its parts: artisanal distillation of berries and leaves; tincture in pure 96-proof food grade alcohol of the wood; extract from enfleurage en fumée of leaves, collected in January. Laurel is warm and slightly dry. It embodies the image of constant sustenance.

Absolute of virgin sheep's wool. Biellese sheep raised in a wild state.
